    • Package the item securely, including the RA number on the outside of the package.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

  • If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to the original payment method.
